Privacy Policy

BondBinder helps couples organize wedding vendor contracts, payments, deadlines, and deliverables. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide through our sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We also collect contracts and other files you upload, information extracted from those files, dates and reminders you create, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BondBinder receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, and a Stripe customer or checkout identifier, but does not store your full payment-card number.

We use limited first-party analytics to understand whether the service is working and where people need help. These records include an anonymous session identifier, pages visited, and product actions such as starting checkout, uploading a contract, or exporting a calendar. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this activity.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure your private binder, process your purchase, extract and organize contract details, create reminders and calendar exports, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability of BondBinder.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers needed to operate BondBinder, including authentication, payment processing, hosting, storage, and document-processing providers. We do not sell your personal information or uploaded contracts.

Storage, retention, and security

Accounts are separated so each couple can access only their own binder. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and uploaded contracts. Some transaction or security records may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Children

BondBinder is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
